Postage and Payments

Payments can be easily and securely made through Paypal.   If you live local to us and would like to pick up your products please see Store Pick Up - We have HQ in Ipswich, QLD.

We post within 3 business days of payment clearing into our Paypal account unless otherwise stated in description.

*Please note that we no longer accept Paypal echeques.

Our postal charges vary for each product - however - if when you arrive at checkout you are concerned that the postage cost is too high simply email us at [email protected] and we can give you a definate quote and a code to complete your order.

We use Australia post regular parcels. If you would like registered post, please select the additional product available in the Registered Post Category.

Parcels usually take 1-5 business days to arrive, but can take up to 10 business days during peak times. See this link for more information:

Please notify us if you haven't received your parcel 13 business days after your payment has cleared and we will put steps in place to find your parcel.
